Sorry for that inactivity, must have done it too much.
"You too..." She shakily replied, the sides of her lips pulled into a shy smile, shivering as Blackshard's tail swept over and tickled her snow white paws. The warrior's ears rotated around once she heard Nightstar's voice calling the Clan together once again. A deep breath filled her lungs, as an idea to get to know this tom lit the inside of her skull. Rainstorm stood on her paws and mewed in a hopeful voice. "Blackshard, Nightstar is doing another ceremony, want to come with?" Her tail flicked in the direction of the congregated cats, as she glanced to see Foxkit and Icekit standing on the Tall Pine with Nightstar.
i says...A bud of hope blossomed in her chest at the idea of her leader choosing i says...to be a i says.... The stripped she-cat quickly turned her head to look at i says..., and his dazzling bio-colored eyes she already started to get lost in... (Lovin this post!!!
Wide ocean pools shot like a hawk to Nightstar.
i says...All thoughts about Icekit vanished from his mind. He was going to be an apprentice! The young tom's wildfire fur stuck on end, adrenaline pumped through his veins just by thinking of the adventures and dangers he would encounter. He felt his legs jolt, but he forcefully stopped himself, he i says...going to run to join his leader and littermate. That was something i says...do. His shaking legs brought him to the old pine tree in a formal manner, not wanting to make a fool of himself. i says...Unsheathed claws hooked into the thin bark, and he sat promptly next to Icekit on the wide branch. His tail curled over his forepaws, chest puffed out, chin raised high. Nothing was going to ruin this, after all, even though he hated the thought, this was Icekit's day too. The tom's head kept jerking to the side every few minutes but he ignored the pain. Nightstar elevated her head towards the crowd. "From this day forward until these young ones receive their warrior names, they will be known as Foxpaw and Icepaw." Her vision settled on two warriors she was to hand these apprentices over to. (Sorry! Will finish soon, hopefully tomorrow! To everyone please do not post excessively so this roleplay is not lost! This post is not finished! To be continued...)
Hi Night. I have my own site too. I need your help. I don't know how to put those chat boxes. Will you tell me how so I can put them on my site? THX!!! Owlfeather.
Foxkit, being a tom, melted away at the she-cat's touch, his heart pounding loudly in his ears. "Bye." He replied softly, staring after her, a sheepish look glued to his face. A gust of wind broke off his foolishness and brought the reality back into his mind.
i says...He moaned quietly in his thoughts, as the mountain wind reminded his of the dryness on his tongue. The drought of this Greenleaf had taken a tole on all the Clans, and affected them all deeply. With the thick rain filled clouds that had been taunting with a downpour, made almost every cat praying for it's arrival. The air was thick and moist because of the teasing weather, and he couldn't help it. Foxkit slightly stuck out his tongue without thinking and tried to lap at the air. His paw automatically hit his muzzle. i says...Casting a worried blue glance around the area, concerned anyone witnessed his embarrassing actions. With his head low, the ginger tom hurried over to the shade of a tree, sprawling himself out, acting as if nothing had happened. Scowling madly at himself mentally, hoping something could get his mind off it.
Foxkit stared boredly into the ceiling of the nursery, sulking and thinking about how close he was to talking of the she-cat he had been pining over as long as he could remember. It was all going fine until his headstrong sister Icekit, had ruined the moment he had been dreaming of for so long. Oh come on Foxkit! You were so close!! You won't let your so-called sister keep you from ever talking to her, will you?? NO!! Of course not!! After the young tom finished scolding himself, he felt courage flood back into his veins. Foxkit's plain expression molded in a determined one and grunted quietly as he pushed himself to his paws. As he got to the exit of the den, he realized he was almost bigger than the entrance itself, and for a cat his age, his size was surprising. The flame-colored tom knew he was close to his apprentice name and got so excited to think about the ceremony. And all of the Clan chanting his name. Foxpaw. It felt nice to use it, shaking himself from the relishing moment, he remembered his goal and moved his paws to it. Ignoring how the tips of his ginger ears grazed the top of the entrance, his paws led him to the sight of the white and ginger sploshed apprentice. Surprised to see her already there, Foxkit was two fox-lengths away when he saw her so infuriated at the other she-cat in the clearing. It was obviously clear that it was not the time, his ears turned the opposite direction he was facing, he felt the temperature of his blood inflame. His once confident posture slouched as he directed his body towards the nursery. A soft wind brushed through his fur, carrying Leafpaw's herb sweet scent. Foxkit sighed as he lingered where he was, knowing he had to head back. The ocean depth of his eyes lost their spark.
Blue-gray fur covered with black tabby stripes rose and fell rhythmically in the warriors den. Muscles in the felidae's legs twitched and jerked repeatedly. She was dreaming. Her lips drew back, her ears lowered, and her body went stiff. Then, all four legs jerked at once, her fiery eyes flickered open instantly. She displayed a light frowned and dug her claws into the ground. "Ah, almost..." The taste of the dream lingered in the roof of her mouth, she closed her eyes and savored the scent of it, and the fat blackbird she almost caught. Prodding her thoughts like a thorn-sharp claw, she automatically shifted her head to the side. Searching for her newly made friend, Moonflower. After a few minutes of twisting and turning to find her Clanmate and failing, she let a sigh suppress. Toiling with her thoughts first, she let her snow-white paws make contact with the ground. As if they had a mind of their own, she found herself in the clearing. The late afternoon sun instantaneously set ablaze the blue hue in her silky pelt. Levitating her cute shell-pink nose just over the ground and opening her jaws, she made out her friend's scent. Rainstorm flicked her ears when she heard Leafpaw mewling in a conversation. Wow, I've barley seen even a glimpse of her. Must've been busy. With the calico's trail clear in front of her she set off pelting in her direction.
As Tawnypaw led the deputy to his den, he stumbled way from her and callapsed into his nest. Sending feathers, fur, and moss into several different directions. Sabbath struggled to keep his crimson oculars from closing, but the pain and loss of blood made the task difficult. The pounding of another set of pawsteps adjoined the DeathClan tom and MountainClan in the den, and Sabbath didn't care if his actions would force a close to his life, but he had to see his sister once more. He started to lift his head to look at the once
i says...calico she-cat, but as soon as it left the ground, he grunted in agony and fell back into the comfortable nest. The powerful tom's thoughts started to drift to Tawnypaw and her act of kindness to save his worthless life. Sabbath knew it was the first time he had ever let himself be shown weak in front of anyone, and i says... he needed help. Just a few days ago, he would have ripped the head off of whoever saw the slightest weakness within him. As his consciousness wavered he felt a tongue swiftly grooming his jet black fur, and thought he heard Tainted and Tawnypaw conversing with each other. The normal tones of the two felines started to grow aggressive and he heard a scuffle between the two. Every word the she-cats spoke were blured, he felt a presense leave his side, and bearly heard the padding of one of the cats exiting his den. Sabbath strained his diming orbs on the cat of who he made out to be Tawnypaw at the mouth of the den. His eyes whent wide and he rasped as loud as he could. i says... Outstreching a forepaw in her direction, he knew she couldn't leave, not without him protecting her. "Aah." He heaved and pushed himself to his paws, even at the verge of death, he was one of the strongest any cat would ever meet. His shoulder blades collided, and his neck leaned downward, but his face directed his face correctly and stared at her. A soon to be scar above his right eye suddenly dripped blood into his already crimson orb. Even then, he stood his ground, every muscle and wound on his body screeched in agony. Sabbath opened his jaws and tried to suck in a breath and let words move out of his muzzle, but that was a bad idea. The tom flung his head to the side and hacked loudly as blood splattered on the floor next to him. Not caring, he gazed at the dappled she-cat once again, and attempted to speak. With blood dribbling down his chin, he didn't do anything about it. "Tawny, no...don't leave. I know I'm going to die...anyways." Gripping his eyes shut in pain for a few minutes, he continued his string of flowing words. "Do it...for me." The DeathClan hopelessly looked at Tanwypaw through his one non blood filled eye with an expression he had never worn in his life for anyone else. At this moment, he hoped the she understood what and how he felt about her. He panted while unable to stop his longing stare at Tawnypaw. If she was going to do something, now would be a good time to stop him from killing himself like this. i says...Was the only concerning thought bouncing around in the walls of his cranium, as he waited and hoped Tawnypaw would act as he wished.
The vastness of the dark consuming world was too much. Pleas of a familiar someone came from his side, he shifted his eyes toward her, and now he knew for certain. He would do anything to protect her. Every breath he took into his lungs was shearing pain, his muzzle started to form words, but couldn't. His chest heaved, his claws dug into the dirt, despite the agony blaring from them. His eyes squeezed shut.
i says...Sabbath didn't direct his cry of desperation to anyone in particular, but the pain was great enough he would almost resort to anything to make it stop. The tom opened his eyes slowly gazing at the blurred image of Tawnypaw, a ring of blackness surrounding his vision. He sucked in a breath and rasped silently. "It hurts..." A expression of agony was displayed on his face as he shifted to see his father behind Tawnypaw. i says...Then rage settled in. Why would he think that? That's Blade he's talking about! Not some queen swooning over her kits! That was DeathClan's nature, you fended for yourself. Kill or be killed. Sabbath looked back at Tawnypaw, he had heard her words as a blur, but he barley made them out. He mainly payed attention to. i says...The tom heaved a few breaths before he spoke almost muted-like. "I can't." A dark tunnel was closing in on him, everything was fading away...
Glossy fur reflected the light of the moon it's color bounced off as a light blueish. Although the figure of the feline was hard to distinguish, it was easy to tell it was at least a cat. Soft and silent paws padded against the ground and approached the clearing of camp. As the silhouette got closer to the clearing, two orb slits opened to piercing green flames. The aqua light lit up the outline to a dark colored face. A paw broke through the aura of the blackness and into the moonlit area, until the whole she-cat's body was reveal to give away her identity. Of course, as she stared at the other soul lingering in the vicinity along with herself, she didn't recongize who it was. Her black charcoaled rubbery lips pulled back and growled lowly as her ears angled to the back of her head. She didn't show anymore signs of aggression, she decided to keep her cool. Because when she saw the trespasser's small build, she knew she could get rid of the stranger easily. But the threatening she-cat waited a few heartbeats before she realized who lied before her powerful paws. Her menacing expression vanished. The flames prospered, burned stronger, and widended. Blood flowing in her viens froze. It felt as if her body was a slab of ice, and when she would move, she would shatter. It was a few minutes before her wits came back to her, for the first time since she left her den, her vocals sounded as a startled whisper.
i says...Even her heart skipped when she spoke her name. The warmth of joy melted back into her body, and flooded her heart. A radiant smile appeared on her muzzle, as her legs carried her, pelting toward the other she-cat. Bumping into her, she rubbed her head down the tortioshell she-cat's flank. Her eyes closed and a deafening pur rumbled deep within her chest. i says...kit was back.
Can I be Jadepool's apprentice? I put my info down on the Home & Join page!
The broad shouldered tom let a chuckle slip from his white muzzle. Hm, this will be interesting... Cougarfur still played his own cocky way, he slipped up closer to Moonflower's face, only a mousetail away. "Well that's good, because I'll like that." He told her, ignoring the last thing she said, his voice smooth. Moving slowly, so the multi-colored warrior wouldn't notice. The tom placed a paw on her calico chest and knocked her to the ground playfully, knowing her fall wouldn't harm her. The muscular tom got on top of Moonflower, his jade oculars narrowed to slits. Cougarfur's whisper was like velvet. "You seem to think that don't you? Just let me," Moving his head against her face, and slowly sliding to her ear, he pushed his left forepaw up to her shoulder, his jaws opened again, "change your mind." Finishing, he moved away from the side of Moonflower's head and faced her, his nose almost meeting her's, one side of his rubbery lips lifted up into a half smirk. Cougarfur's eyebrows shifting down along, to match his flirt of a smile, until it reached to a full smirk. As he awaited the she-cat's reaction. (Cougar's back :P) Lovin this post!
